Product Marketing Manager

for Kiranas, where retailers connect with other retailers and FMCG brands to discuss business. 20 Lakh+ Kiranas on the platform discuss which brands to sell, new product launches & brand schemes. Our goal is two-fold - (i) to provide Kiranas with a platform where they get neutral and trusted information that empowers them to scale their business, (ii) to provide FMCG brands a platform to digitally reach Kiranas and influence their purchase decisions instead of depending only on feet on street.
What will you do ?
- You will curate and steer the product marketing charter for Kirana Club across Google, Meta, , et al. with the enthusiasm to dive deep and execute wherever necessary
- You will creatively scale the virality of our newsletter (Kirana Club Insider) and insights among enterprises (not limited to FMCG.)
- You will represent and build salience for Kirana Club in the industry via white papers, partnerships with confederations and agencies, and industry competitions (national, international - Cannes, The Drum, MMA Smarties.)
- You will dive deep and assess marketing channels for efficiency and scale. You work well with ambiguity and use your learnings to create replicable playbooks.
We are looking for someone who :
- Holds a UG degree from a Tier 1 university, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Is passionate about technology (esp. new age technology) with exposure to B2B marketing tools.
- Can initiate, cultivate and manage complex 360 degree marketing projects that are outcome focused.
- Is a self-starter; uses data to influence external agencies and internal stakeholders
