Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Gurugram. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales inquiries, maintaining organized records, assisting the sales team in day-to-day tasks, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Tasks include processing orders, preparing sales documents, handling phone and email correspondence, and supporting the team with administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Sales skills and the ability to assist in sales processes
  • Proficiency in Organization Skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
