Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/Assistant based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive/Assistant will be responsible for lead generation, client management, and converting leads into successful transactions. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining client relationships, preparing sales pitches, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves regular follow-up with clients and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or real estate transactions
- Ability to perform market research and analysis
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is an added advantage
