BW mainly and additional on BO/SAC operations, ITSM/ticketing tools, SAP Environnement Hana / ECC , BW and a plus in BO/SAC, SQL, ABAP, and scripting for data transformations and automation, BMC Helix and/or JIRA, incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of operational processes to ensure system reliability and performance.

We are looking for a SAP Operations Reporting Specialist to support the SAP BW/BO/SAC Service in the data team. 

We are seeking a skilled SAP Operations Reporting Specialist that will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and support of SAP environments (BW mainly but not only). This role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of operational processes to ensure system reliability and performance. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • experience in SAP BW mainly and additional on BO/SAC operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Environnement (Hana / ECC , BW and a plus in BO/SAC.
  • Familiarity with SQL, ABAP, and scripting for data transformations and automation.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in BMC Helix and/or JIRA for ticket/task management and Confluence for documentation
  • Have a good knowledge of RUN Service and experience with development

Goals and deliverables

  • Monitor SAP BW systems and proactively address incidents and service requests.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate operational workflows.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and best practices.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
