Job Title - SAP BW / SAC - AS

Location - Pune, India

Role Description

- As part of Deutsche Bank Group, currently DWS sources technology, infrastructure, corporate functions systems [Finance, Risk, HR, Legal, Compliance, AFC, Audit, Corporate Services etc] and other key services from Deutsche Bank. Project Lighthouse aims to strategically transform DWS to an Asset Management standalone operating platform an ambitious and ground-breaking project that delivers separated DWS infrastructure and Corporate Functions in the cloud with essential new capabilities, further enhancing DWS highly competitive and agile Asset Management capability.

Your key responsibilities

- Key member of the implementation & service team which is rolling out SAP BW/4HANA, SAC Reporting across multiple countries.
- Work as SME and perform core BW4/HANA activities such as Data modelling, Report Creation, transports management, Analysis Roles definition, performance tuning, etc.
- Work and provide SME guidance on Native HANA views, SQL views and integration with BW tables, SAC Reports, integration with other services etc.
- Work and provide guidance on SAC Reporting requirements, Dashboard creations, etc.
- Work with Business SMEs/Users to deliver on reporting requirements.
- Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
- Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for reporting and 3rd party system integration that are taken up in due course
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify relevant standard solutions that would be available for efficient deployment.
- Where required, innovate, architect, design, build, test a customer-specific solution

Your skills and experience

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Science or an IT-related discipline (or equivalent)
- More than 10 years experience (hands-on) in SAP BW4/HANA, Native HANA, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Hands-On knowledge of working on BW/4HANA data modeling & Native HANA is a must and a non-negotiable
- Deep experience of SAP BW4HANA activities and proven experience of working on day to day system management is a must
- Ability to understand the nuances of BW4HANA data integration with different applications and its intricacies of navigating through a highly regulated environment.
- High analytical capabilities and strong (verbal / written) communication skills.
- Should be self-driven and have initiative to identify root cause of issue rather than just provide temporary fixes.
- Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated within set competencies in a team and fast paced environments
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exposure to working with Global Teams
- Knowledge of BW ABAP / Basic ABAP is highly appreciated
