
Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, couriers).
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
- Support HR/Administration teams with day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures at the front desk.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (but not mandatory).
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
