About the Role:
As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving Emaara's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will lead the charge in expanding our market reach, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring our products are the top choice for corporate gifting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients and partners.- Lead high-level negotiations and close deals with key stakeholders.- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine and adapt strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior business development or sales role, preferably within the luxury or gourmet sector.- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business goals.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
