Position Overview:

The RPA Developer will play a crucial role in automating and streamlining business processes within the manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, design efficient RPA solutions, and implement automated processes to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Automation:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze processes suitable for RPA implementation. Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools. Ensure the successful integration of RPA technologies with existing systems and processes.

2. Development and Coding:

Write and maintain high-quality code for automation scripts and workflows. Implement best practices in coding standards, version control, and testing methodologies. Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development and implementation phases.

3. Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all automation solutions.

4. Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in RPA technologies. Propose and implement enhancements to existing RPA processes for ongoing optimization.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on UiPath with minimum 6 months – 2 years.

3. Solid understanding of Document Understanding concepts and experience implementing them in automation projects.

4. Knowledge of Intelligent Process Automation, including the integration of cognitive technologies and machine learning.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex processes to identify automation opportunities.

6. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

8. UiPath certification(s) are highly desirable.

Key Competencies:

1. UiPath Development: Advanced proficiency in designing and developing automation workflows using UiPath.

2. Document Understanding: Expertise in leveraging Document Understanding capabilities to extract and process information from various documents.

3. Intelligent Process Automation: Knowledge of integrating cognitive technologies and machine learning to enhance automation solutions.

4. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for automation.

5. Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.

6. Knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS).

7. Knowledge of Generative AI(GenAI).
