We are seeking a talented and motivated RPA Developer with a passion for automation to join our team.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career from a hands-on developer role to a product manager focused on Intelligent Automation.

Responsibilities :

Development and Automation :

- Hands-on experience developing RPA solutions using industry-leading tools like BluePrism, UiPath, and Workato.

- Utilize Python scripting for complex automation tasks.

- Integrate RPA solutions with REST APIs for data exchange.

- Leverage SQL for data manipulation and interaction with databases.

Project Management :

- Manage RPA projects from inception to completion, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and define success criteria.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions.

- Monitor and maintain deployed automations to ensure ongoing efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Partner with functional teams to ensure RPA solutions align with business and IT strategies.

- Collaborate with business groups to analyze their needs, define requirements, and deliver effective automation solutions.

- Possess strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Growth to Product Management :

- This role offers a career path towards product management within the Intelligent Automation space.

-You will gain exposure to product strategy, roadmap development, and user experience design.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience developing and implementing RPA solutions.

- Proven experience with RPA tools like BluePrism, UiPath, or Workato.

- Proficiency in Python scripting is a plus.

- Understanding of REST APIs and their integration with RPA tools.

- Working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and automation.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Desire to learn and grow into a product management role.
