Job Overview

CN Solutions is seeking a qualified and experienced RPA Business Analyst to join our team. As an RPA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing RPA solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and techniques, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years, and be located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience as an RPA Business AnalystStrong knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools and techniquesExperience with industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue PrismProficient in business process analysis and requirements gatheringExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesCertification in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and create RPA solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needsDesign, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools and frameworksConduct feasibility studies and evaluate potential RPA solutionsCreate detailed documentation including process flows, business rules, and test casesProvide technical guidance and support to development teamsEnsure successful implementation of RPA projects within budget and timelineMonitor and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure smooth operationIdentify areas for process improvement and suggest automation solutionsStay up-to-date with RPA trends, tools, and best practices
