About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Category Manager – Global to drive our international e-commerce growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing product categories across global marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Global, eBay, Walmart, etc.), strong analytical skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and an in-depth understanding of global e-commerce trends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and execute category strategies for global marketplaces to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.

· Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including listing, pricing, promotions, and assortment planning.

· Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in international markets.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of category plans.

· Optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon Global by improving keywords, SEO, and A+ content.

· Drive sales performance through promotional planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

· Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

· Ensure compliance with marketplace regulations, global trade norms, and category-specific requirements.

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce category management or marketplace management, preferably in a global setting.

· Proven experience in managing categories on Amazon Global and other international platforms.

· Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).

· Sound knowledge of global market trends, pricing strategies.

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹41, ₹60,000.00 per month
