Roles & Responsibilities:

We are expanding our Projects team and inviting applications for the following positions:

  • GM Projects Overall leadership of large-scale real estate projects, driving execution, quality, cost & timelines.
  • Manager MEP Oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works with focus on design coordination & site execution.
  • Manager Planning Responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress tracking & MIS reporting.
  • Assistant Manager – Civil (2 roles) – Supervise site execution, ensure quality & adherence to timelines.
  • Assistant Manager – QAPE – Manage quality assurance, processes, audits & compliance for civil works.
  • Assistant Manager – HSE – Implement health, safety & environment protocols across project sites.
  • Assistant Manager – Billing – Handle project billing, BOQs, RA bills, vendor billing & cost control.
  • Senior Engineer / Engineer – Civil (4 roles) – On-ground site execution, quality monitoring & contractor coordination.

Experience Required: Relevant real estate/construction industry experience in line with the role applied for.

Preferred Location: Candidates residing in or willing to work in Western Suburbs of Mumbai will be preferred.
