Designation : CEP Manager

Major Role and Responsibilities of Manager CEP Ops:

Prepare and Maintain a calendar of campaigns for the team.Ensure timely approvals and completion of campaign.Coordination with the central excellence and brand management team.Coordination with the on field team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.Handle escalations from the clients (partner brands and societies) and the brand management team.Negotiation with societies to ensure a good PnL.Prepare and present regular reports of progress.Manage CEP campaigns from planning to successful execution.Manage critical partnerships and relationships with the brands to understand their expectations from MyGate and set the same expectations to CDG teams.Facilitate brand managers with various requirements coming from brands and curate the society data accordingly.Run various agendas to ensure high utilization of inventory and greater results.Review all Campaigns PI with the Brand Manager and publish weekly/monthly execution pipeline and strategies to achieve it.Maintain RWA Approvals TAT and achieve the targeted number of sites within the given timeline.Manage last minute on ground Brand Expectations to ensure smooth execution.Handling brand account from onboarding to executing.

RequirementsShould have experience in handling a teamShould have experience in handling brand campaigns, brand executions, Ad operations

Experience: 3-4 years min

Working days: Monday - Saturday
