About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications. As part of our QA team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing, defect identification, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing. Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly, working closely with developers for resolution. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks. Review requirements and design specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools. Maintain documentation related to test cases, test execution, and test results. Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in QA testing of web and mobile applications. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with manual testing and at least basic knowledge of automated testing tools (e.G., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.). Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman for API testing. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience in writing automated tests for both web and mobile platforms. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.G., JMeter, LoadRunner). Exposure to cloud platforms or SaaS applications.
