About the Role

As the Product Manager, you will support the strategic and operational activities of the vegetable seed portfolio. Your role involves helping to shape Product growth, streamline operations, and ensure market relevance through close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the vegetable seed product lineup across key crops.
  • Gather and analyse market and customer data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams to implement Product plans.
  • Participate in planning new product introductions and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Engage with distributors, retailers, and farmers to understand market demand.
  • Help track field results and feedback to improve portfolio offerings.
  • Support operational tasks related to supply chain and inventory for the Product.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Agriculture, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Seed sales, marketing, or product management
  • Understanding of vegetable crops and market patterns.
  • Comfort with analytical tools like Excel, and presentation software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
