Job Description:We are looking for a results-driven Business and Acquisitions Manager for SportVot Play in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will have a strong sports background, a deep understanding of the turf business, and the ability to drive business growth by managing day to day numbers and generating revenues.This role demands excellent time management skills, ability to deliver in a startup environment, and understanding of the sports industry.Key Responsibilities:● Identify and acquire new sports turfs in Delhi-NCR● Conduct inspections, assess viability, and negotiate contracts to expand the turf portfolio● Build relationships with turf owners, schools, and landowners to secure viable turf deals● Responsible for building sports communities for cricket, football, padel, and pickleball, while generating revenues● Organise pick-up games, team games, and local tournaments (direct/indirect), and mentor a small team of business interns● Maintain game tally and provide regular reports to the management● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunitiesSkills and Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sports management, or related field with 1-3 years of experience.● A strong understanding of the sports industry, particularly turf management, is a must● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills● Strong negotiation abilities and attention for detail● Ability to multitask and manage multiple turf locations efficiently● Hustler who can work independently and ability to work in the startup environmentSalary: 22k to 30k
