Key responsibilities/SkillsActively collaborate with the global services delivery manager & the team to identify areas where support is required to provide robust HR systems service delivery to our customers and stakeholders.Identify complex / ageing / escalation centric support requests and enable trouble-shooting, solution-building, stakeholder management where required.Function as a subject matter expert to develop, implement and maintain the global security strategyLead and contribute to the evolution of the product, Workday by way of by changes, enhancements, upgrades and implementations in research, analysis, design, testing (Unit, Integration, Regression, Acceptance Testing, etc.), go-live and post-go-live support.Closely work and support the teams in regional & global entities and assist them in coordinating, planning and executing projects, operations, tasks and operations pertaining to your product i.e. Workday.Manage specific elements of Workday administration, related documents management and systems handling in order to ensure high quality experience delivery to your stakeholders.Act as primary authority on Workday security configurations; combining expert-level proficiency in Workday with the ability to communicate clearly to project team/stakeholdersAudit and maintains existing security structure, Problem solving and troubleshooting related to security configurationsPartner with other HR functional stakeholders to identify security gaps and provides solutionsWork with functional team members to understand requirements and communicate system capabilities and/or limitations.Convert business requirements into well-structured solutions, utilizing the HR systems platforms, which align with enterprise architecture and current information security policyMaintain system authentication policies and strategiesDevelop document requirements and technical specifications to support Workday and HR organizational needs for systems implementation, upgrades, and process improvementsConducts high level analysis and recommends service improvements to increase the efficiency of the Workday systemReviews Workday releases for new functionality and optimize existing processes and integrations accordinglyPartner & perform with a high-performance, high-calibre service delivery teams based both in-house as well as with a partner organizationMaintain day-to-day operational oversight on service delivery health and metrics for the HR systems in-scopeGain and maintain a thorough knowledge of product functionality, supplemented through hands-on testing of use cases when necessary, to accurately respond to product behaviour questions and challengesMaintain a structured, pro-active engagement with both the project as well as HR stakeholders to ensure projects, requests, changes are delivered per defined KPIs of time, cost & qualityKeep knowledge and track on product evolution milestones – latest functionalities introduced, defects fixed, etc. to ensure both efficient as well as effective product utilization.Create end user-facing product overviews for new features, including job aids, templates, and recorded PowerPoint based overviewsExperience & ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field5+ years’ experience leading and implementing Workday HRIS solutionsMinimum three years’ experience in Workday Security and/or HCM as a Workday Lead/Solution ArchitectExperience in at least 2-3 Workday modules: HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Talent/Performance Management, Time Tracking, RecruitmentExperience and understanding of security and security implementation within Workday; managed Workday Access Control projectsKnowledge of downstream integrations to gauge impact of changes, triage and remedy incidents and/or scope level of effort for new initiatives. These would include Active Directory, Okta, Kronos, Office 365, IDM tools, Service NowAdvanced MS Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) and MS Office SkillsDemonstrated experience managing complex multi-year projects globallyAbility to operate successfully in a matrix environment, working across multiple functions globallyExposure and experience in HR functions, processes and / or HR shared services teams.Strong customer orientation and service driven mentalityExcellent intercultural communication skills, ability to engage at various levels within the organizationKeen process focus, ability to organize diverse activities into structured processes & a systems orientationStrong hands-on and can-do mentality. Independent & Process focused approach.Ability to function in matrix environments, multiple stakeholders with an adaptive mindset and cross-cultural sensitivitiesStrong stakeholder management SkillsEducation Level:Graduate with a first class degree in computer science or equivalent5+ years of experience successfully implementing, supporting or upgrading enterprise software product(s)Post graduate diploma / degree in management is preferable but not mandatoryCertification in ITIL, PMP, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, Quality concepts is preferable but not mandatoryDrive your career forward and join the company leading the technology and business evolution in the automotive industry.Trivandrum Kerala India
