  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand hiring needs.

  • Draft and publish attractive job descriptions on job portals, social media, and the company website.
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Participate in interviews when required and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Use assessment tools/tests when applicable.
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers and finalize selections.
  • Draft and roll out offer letters.
  • Negotiate salary, benefits, and joining terms within company policies.
  • Ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with HR operations for documentation, induction, and training.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Suggest improvements for better efficiency in the hiring process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain candidate records for audits and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
