Job Description:

Work on L1 tickets on the ticketing System. Set up desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections. Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers. Vendor Management: Help in procurement, get quotes from vendors, follow up on delivery. Asset tracking and maintaining asset register. Test computers to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems. Train end users on the usage of computer hardware and software. Experience with:

Desktop & Laptop Hardware.

Windows 10, Mac OS.

Application Software like MS Office, Internet Explorers, Adobe etc.

Configuring LAN/Wifi Network.

Work on tickets on ticketing System. Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management. Vendor Management: Help in procurement, get quotes from vendors, follow-up on delivery. (Must have) Asset tracking and maintaining asset register. (Must have) Knowledge of Backup, Patch Management, Antivirus Management. (Good to have) Active directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, O365, Teams. Network hands-on (Good to have)

Educational & Experience:

A bachelor's degree in information technology, networking, or any other related field. 2 –5 years of working experience as a Desktop Engineer. ITIL v3 certification/experience preferred.
