Job Description:Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing SalesForce platform (configuration, testing, maintenance, user inquiries management, SOX audit compliance). The scope for this role covers business requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, system testing, system documentation, product implementation, training, and end user support. In this role, Salesforce Administrator will partner with various functions across the organization and the Salesforce IT team to ensure steady-state support is in place to support commercial/business operations.

Responsibilities:Certified Salesforce admin (additional certifications are a plus)3-4 years of Salesforce administration experience (development experience is not required but is a plus)Experience with Salesforce Flows is requiredExperience with Salesforce access management and object management is requiredSalesforce CPQ experience is preferredSalesforce service cloud experience is preferredDemonstrated ability to support Salesforce end users with user management and issue resolution

Qualifications:Proven ability to be independent, resourceful and effective with minimal directionStrong interpersonal skills for effective communication with IT and business stakeholdersExcellent customer service standards when working with external and internal partners.Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into design and development of business applications.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Proven change management experience in managing project implementations and merges and acquisitions lifecycles
