Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (60%):

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to assess talent needs and develop recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance employer branding by developing innovative recruitment marketing strategies, leveraging social media, and representing the company at career fairs and networking events.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and facilitate decision-making.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, focusing on critical and high-impact roles.

HR Generalist (40%):

  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of grievances and conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Learning & Development: Partner with the L&D team to identify skill gaps and implement employee development programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentives, ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations including employee records, HRIS management, and HR reporting.
  • Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR-related projects such as cultural transformation, talent management initiatives, and organizational development.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new employees, and manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 -12 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist activities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, recruitment software, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment trends, and HR best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, as well as influence senior stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
