We’re looking for a Barista passionate about specialty coffee, eager to learn, and excited to design unique beverages. Joining : Immediate About Us: nada is a design-driven coffee brand focused on specialty coffee, roasting, and creating thoughtful café experiences. Our cafés are built for people who value craftsmanship, experimentation, and an evolving coffee culture. Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate Barista who is skilled with espresso and filter brewing methods, eager to learn about coffee roasting, and excited to experiment with beverage design. This is an opportunity to grow with a team deeply invested in coffee education and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and café drinks to a high standard. - Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment. - Assist in coffee bean preparation and participate in roasting sessions to understand the craft. - Experiment with recipes and beverage design to create unique coffee experiences. - Engage with guests, share coffee knowledge, and deliver excellent hospitality. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations. - Monitor inventory and support café operations as needed. Requirements: - Prior barista experience (preferred) or strong foundational knowledge in coffee. - Proficiency in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and filter brewing methods. - Keen interest in specialty coffee, roasting, and recipe experimentation. - Strong sense of hospitality and customer interaction skills. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the café and roasting program. - Team player with attention to detail and focus on quality.
