**BARISTA ( COFFEE MAKER/ BEVERAGE EXPERT/BEVERAGE SERVICE EXECUTIVE)**

**JOB PURPOSE**

Chatime is a Taiwanese global franchise teahouse chain, with the largest teahouse franchise network around the globe with more than 3000 outlets across 60+ countries. Chatime India aims at opening multiple stores in every city across India while creating fun and trendy customer experience developed by our experienced team.

Chatime globally has been providing millions of customers across the world with wide selections of freshly brewed tea.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
- Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee/tea blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
- Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Adhere to recipes and presentations.
- Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
- Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies.
- Receiving and processing customer payments.
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
- Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts.
- An individual should be **adaptable in terms of location.**:

- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils, equipment and seating areas.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.

**Salary**: From ₹198,000.00 per year
