Job Description :
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is integral to our growth, as you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate high-quality leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, search engines, and any other creative methods.
Conduct thorough research on prospects and initiate contact through phone calls, letters, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
Collaborate with sales managers to schedule meetings with qualified prospects. Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails, set up follow-up appointments, and deliver formal sales presentations to potential new business accounts.
Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across diverse industries, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Automotive, Electronics, Medical, and Consumer Goods.
Effectively use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate data capture.
Qualifications :
3-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or business development within IT products and solutions.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated success with CRM tools and experience with LinkedIn prospecting.
