Requirement : Sr Salesforce Engineer.

Location : Gurgaon/ Mohali/ Panchkula/ Navi Mumbai/ Pune/ Hyderabad.

Experience : 7+ years.

Skills required : Apex, Lightning, LWC strong, PD Certificate I /II.

Shift Timing : Night Shift 7:00 PM 3:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Implement and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems and third-party applications.

- Perform data migrations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business analytics.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices in Salesforce development.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, recommending improvements and innovations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

- Proven experience with Salesforce integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I / II) certification required; other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
