Works individually and within teams to analyze needs, determinenrequirements, develop applications, and maintain or extend applicationsnto support the information technology of business and operational users,The role utilizes a system development life cycle methodology andnstandard operating procedures to deliver high-quality technology solutionsnto clients, departments, and users.,The key accountabilities for this role are, but not limited to;,Analyzes end-user needs and designs, tests, and develops software tonsatisfy demand,Analyzes and translates business requirements in functional and non-nfunctional system requirements,Develops, implements, and maintains systems that conform to company’sninformation technology principles, software development methodology,narchitecture and best practices,Partner with infrastructure and architectural heads to ensure thenapplication meets service level standards and roadmap Page 1 of 2 Requirements Specific responsibilities,Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programmingnapplications,Builds design and coding standards to ensure consistency across applications,Debugs problems with information systems using a variety of analytical skills,ntechniques, and resources,Provides training, technical support, and documentation of informationnsystems to peers and end users,Routinely communicates status (problems encountered, and time remaining toncomplete) to leadership team,Ability to design, develop, implement complex requirement,Pro-active support to the business is a key attribute for this role with ancustomer service focus to link both systems requirements with businessnoutcomes,This document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an at-will relationship
