Roles and Responsibilities Utilize instructional design principles to design, develop and implement engaging & relevant learning resources (videos, PPTs, games, cases, etc.). Supporting Onsite and offsite facilitation of consulting projects by analyzing data, reviewing different reports and documents, developing solutions, handholding for implementation / execution of improvement plans, monitoring progress and effectiveness of ongoing projects across clients through onsite or virtual modes. Coordinating Pre & Post program activities starting from planning & preparation to evaluating program effectiveness through feedbacks & assessments. Actively supporting continuous improvements in the training and consulting operations. Supporting new business development and expansion plans. Skills Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Fluency in spoken and written English. Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in using MS PowerPoint. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Skills in Analytics, Statistics, Quantitative Techniques using MS Excel. Knowledge of Minitab, Power BI, etc. would be preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and time frames. Passion for building strong client relationships. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, QMS, Analytics, etc. would be preferred. And most importantly, strong desire to be constantly learning and evolving in the field.

Candidates must be from Lucknow (UP) and nearby areas and willing to travel.
