  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.).
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and optimal response time.
  • Troubleshoot network problems and outages, schedule upgrades, and collaborate with IT teams.
  • Manage and administer firewalls, VPNs, and other security systems to protect organizational data.
  • Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are in place.
  • Maintain and update network documentation, configurations, and user access policies.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff and end users.
  • Evaluate new networking technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance of network infrastructure.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Experience with Cisco/Juniper/HP/other enterprise networking devices.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration.
  • Understanding of network security practices and firewalls.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc.).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
