Zenatix is strongly positioned to drive significant growth in its existing markets (India and UAE), while launching its products in the US and EP markets later this year.


Job brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our team, responsible for guiding products and features from ideation to execution stage. The primary focus of this role is to facilitate the development of a cloud-based dashboard primarily utilized for configuring field IoT hardware. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in TCP/IP protocols and networking fundamentals, possess a basic understanding of BACnet and Modbus protocols, and have some knowledge of web analytics tools and principles. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize feature implementations, and enhance user experience through the development of the dashboard.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize feature implementations for the dashboard.
  • Possess a strong understanding of electrical backgrounds, hardware, and software viewpoints to enable seamless configuration of field IoT hardware through the dashboard.
  • Resolve advanced technical issues brought forth by customers, application engineers, sales personnel, and other users of the solution.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cloud architecture experts to understand cloud frameworks, challenges, and limitations, and recommend optimizations or define new features accordingly.

 

Education and Technical qualification:

  • B.Tech degree, preferably in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols and networking fundamentals, including configuring and troubleshooting network devices
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and knowledge of SEO principles for website optimization
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of BACnet industry platforms, including protocols and standards used in building automation and control systems
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in product development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture and multiple application frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
