Job Overview :

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a vital role in our product management team, working closely with the Product Head to shape and execute strategies throughout the product life cycle. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of product development within the e-commerce industry while providing a clear pathway for career growth into more senior roles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with the Product Head to plan and execute throughout the product life-cycle.

- Work alongside the product management team with detailed Technical implementation aspects to develop and implement the product vision and strategy.

- Support senior product and engineering teams, taking on significant responsibilities.

- Engage Closely with both product and engineering teams, providing detailed technical requirements, and coordinating the development of solutions.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical challenges, contributing to the development of platforms and services that power intelligent CDP.

- Partner with engineering teams to define technological designs and scopes, including APIs, data models, migrations, and integrations.

- Craft high-level technical requirements, user stories, and specifications for complex features and functionality.

- Collaborate with Product team members to maintain a healthy and well-articulated Product backlog.

- Assist Product Leaders and Product Marketers by addressing any inquiries they may have.

Key Requirements :

- 2 to 4 years of work experience in Product Management.

- We seek candidates who possess hands-on experience in software development, ideally gained through practical involvement in product development scenarios.

- Proficiency in API, data science models, and databases, with experience in data analytics-driven products or platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical teams, translating business problems into clear technical requirements and documentation.

- Exposure to machine learning and deep learning concepts, with experience in their applications within SaaS products.

- Extensive experience working with SaaS solutions, Technical Product Management, and Systems Integrations.

- A strong desire to pursue a long-term career in Product Management.

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Trello
