The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality or large-scale catering operations, with proven experience in driving revenue through proactive sales and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve catering and event sales targets. Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and high-net-worth individuals. Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and event coordination. Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of proactive sales experience in luxury hotels or premium catering. Strong network within the wedding, MICE, and corporate event segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets. A self-motivated professional with strong organizational and leadership skills. Compensation: CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA (based on experience and performance).
