Position: Sales Manager / Associate Director Sales Location: Jaipur Department: Sales Reports to: Director of Sales Supervises: Catering/Banquet Sales Team Drive sales and revenue from banqueting and catering business in Jaipur by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful event execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for catering and banqueting events. Generate new business and maintain relationships with key clients in the Jaipur market. Prepare custom proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales for social, wedding, and corporate events. Conduct site visits, menu presentations, and client meetings; collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver seamless events. Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and meet pre-determined revenue targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client preferences specific to Jaipur. Ensure post-event client follow-up to enhance repeat business and client satisfaction. Handle event logistics, maintain accurate records, and oversee compliance with safety and quality standards. Mentor and guide the banqueting & catering sales team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in sales for banqueting and catering. Strong knowledge of the Jaipur hospitality market, including local venues, vendors, and client trends.
