Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring a high-performing team, analysing market trends, and collaborating across departments to meet and exceed targets. If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for building strong client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team

What we are looking for:

  • 5 yrs + of experience in sales preferably from a network marketing agency
  • Well connected with clients and agencies
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
  • Set clear sales goals and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and external stakeholders. Identify and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management. Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as delivery, operations, and finance to align sales strategies with company objectives and drive cross-functional success.
  • Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic thinker.
