Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote courses, webinars, and company services.
  • Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure consistent, engaging content that aligns with brand goals.
  • Create and schedule posts, videos, and other multimedia content to drive engagement and increase online presence.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement based on metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop marketing collateral (ads, banners, promotional materials).
  • Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic to course landing pages and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and course updates.
  • Oversee the daily operations of online courses, including enrollment, student communications, and scheduling.
  • Monitor student progress and generate reports on course performance and completion rates.
  • Handle queries from students and faculty, resolving issues or escalating them when necessary.
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs, recruiting and engaging with new affiliates to promote the company’s courses and products.
  • Track affiliate performance and payouts, ensuring timely reporting and commissions.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to affiliates, helping them succeed in promoting courses.
  • Develop strategies to expand the affiliate network and increase course sales.
  • Plan and organize webinars, including coordinating schedules, securing speakers, and managing event logistics.
  • Promote webinars through social media, email marketing, and affiliate channels.
  • Ensure webinars run smoothly by handling technical aspects such as platform setup, troubleshooting, and attendee management.
  • Gather feedback from participants and speakers to improve future webinars.
  • Create comprehensive reports detailing the effectiveness of campaigns, courses, and webinars.


Qualifications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in BMS, psychology, Spl. Educator or related field
  • Program Management and Project Management skills
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in course development or conducting webinars
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding and experience with the needs of neurodivergent individuals
