We’re on the hunt for a Custom Content Development Specialist who can weave our innovative educational content into the very fabric of our enterprise customers' learning and development strategies. The RoleAs a Custom Content Development Specialist, you’ll serve as the linchpin between Medvarsity’s treasure trove of courses and the unique L&D requirements of our enterprise clients. This role demands:
- Client Collaboration: Forge strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their L&D objectives and translating them into custom learning solutions.- Content Customization: Leverage your deep understanding of healthcare education to adapt Medvarsity’s existing courses and develop new content that aligns with client needs.- LMS Integration: Work closely with our tech team to ensure that our Learning Management System delivers a seamless, customized experience for each client.- Project Management: Lead projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring that all custom content meets the high standards expected by our clients and aligns with their strategic goals.- Global Liaison: Be prepared to travel, engaging directly with clients both domestically and internationally to fully grasp their educational ecosystems and challenges.
About You
- Background: Proven experience in learning design or content development, particularly within healthcare. Previous exposure to LMS management and administration is a must.- Client-Focused: Exceptional ability to listen to, communicate with, and understand the needs of enterprise clients in the healthcare sector.- Adaptable: Skilled in modifying and creating educational content to meet specific client requirements, without losing the essence of what makes Medvarsity’s offerings special.- Technologically Savvy: Comfortable working with LMS platforms and digital education tools, with a knack for learning new technologies swiftly.- Travel Ready: Enthusiasm for travel, embracing the opportunity to meet clients where they are, understanding their environment, and tailoring solutions to fit.
