Position Summary with Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:
To conceptualise, design and develop instructor led and on-line technical training modules for TMPVL EV Channel Partners’ (Including ICE content of EV vehicle) service personnel in line with overall business strategy; in order to develop knowledge, skills and diagnostic capability of service personnel of EV TMPVL & EV Channel Partners team
Training delivery to various stake holders.
Development of Self Learning Modules through third party vendor
Channel partner Manpower assessment & certification.
Qualification: BE / B Tech.
Work Experience: Min 7+ years.
Job Responsibilities:
; Key Responsibility & Key Tasks
1Development of new courses and modification in existing courses for Instructor Led Training :
1) Developing new technical courses for channel partners & TMPVL Customer Care team, in line with information and feedback received from various sources.
2) Periodic review and on-time modification of existing courses, in line with information and feedback received from stakeholders.
3) Preparation of content for Instructor Guide and Service Training Handouts.
2Development of Self Learning Modules (SLM) , Rapid Learning Modules (RLM), SLM Videos, Display Charts
1) Develop SLMs on technical topics by liaising with vendor, based on inputs from various internal and external sources.
2) Liaison with L&D team or vendor for uploading e-learning modules on TMA or LMS platform and test the course for proper functioning.
3) Develop RLMs, SLM Videos and Display Charts independently or through vendors and host on appropriate platforms for Field team.
3.Conducting training programs :
1) Conduct online and offline training programs for newly developed, modified and existing training courses for TMPVL team as well as for Channel Partners’ Workshop ,EV & IB).
4.Development of Trainers :
1) Conduct TTT programs for Associate Trainers on new models and new technology. Also, conduct induction trainings for newly joined Associate Trainers at CTC.
2) Provide regular inputs to Associate Trainers for their doubt clearance and training delivery improvement.
5Conduct Assessments :
1) Conduct online and on the job assessment of specified job profiles.
6Assessment Creation :
1) Create knowledge and skill based Assessment questionnaire for major and critical roles and levels of TMPVL Channel Partners Service Personnel.
2) Periodic review and incorporation of relevant changes/modifications in Assessments.
