Purpose of the position
a. Why the positions exists?
b. What will happen if there is no one in the position (no one performs the work)?
1. Work on defining different channel partner categories and required Infra, tools and equipment and Manpower for the different categories
2. Work with Regional and Zonal teams in onboarding of workshops under EV service ensuring all compliances
3. Working with Network team in developing the expansion plan and streamlining the onboarding process
4. Ensure the Adarsh Audit process of the workshop and review the performance with Channel partners and field team
5. Co-ordinating with STS and SPD team for finalizing Tools and ISL

Key Responsibilities:

1 Channel partner compliance and new CP on-boarding• Ensure that the on-boarded EV workshop comply with the norms as set and revised for EV workshops
• Working on norms for EV Workshop on-boarding- both shared and exclusive
• Collaborating with Network team to develop the expansion plan in concurrence with EV service requirement
• Provide the go ahead for EV service workshop on-boarding on compliance with all norms
• Work on preparing the training calendar based on network and expansion plans • Availability of EV specific tools and infra as per expansion plan
• Training of EV workshop manpower
• Generating Monthly report on workshop on-boarding and compliance
