Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive the retail loan products, specializing in LAP and Micro LAP, within Gujarat State. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing a robust business model, recruiting high performers, and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.
Responsibilities-
Business Development:
• Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business strategies.
• Identify and recruit high-performing individuals to build a strong team.
Portfolio Management
• Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches, ensuring business volume and portfolio quality meet targets.
• Collaborate with Operations & Credit to develop effective business strategies.
Strategic Planning
• Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specific innovative strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objective.
Client Relationship Management
• Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetings accordingly.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships.
Team Management
• Lead and manage a team of ASM/SSM/BM/SM/RM.
• Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team and channel partners.
Market Analysis
• Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends.
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services.
Reporting And Compliance
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data management in the company's CRM.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
Training And Development
• Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class business development training.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities to maximize performance.
Educational qualifications- Required Candidate Profile Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Required- Candidate should have 10-15 years of prior experience in mortgage sales in NBFC/HFC in Gujarat.
