The Pre-Sales Consultant/Manager will be responsible for conducting sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include consulting with potential clients, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to drive successful outcomes.Qualifications- Sales Consulting and Consulting skills solution design, bid management, and driving GTM strategies. Experience in leading AI, digital, data and contact center solutions and Microsoft technologies suite crafting tailored proposals, and managing end-to-end presales activities- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Experience in the technology or consulting industry
