About BlixAtBlix , we’re redefining STEM education through experiential learning and hands-on engagement.Our mission is toinspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solvingamong young learners through interactiveRobotics, Electronics, and STEM-based programs.We’re looking for a passionate and results-drivenEvents & Workshop Managerto lead our event initiatives — from school workshops and exhibitions to large-scale community programs.If you love creating impactful experiences that drive visibility, engagement, and growth, you’ll thrive in this role.What You’ll DoPlan, organize, and executeSTEM-focused events includingPrincipal Meets, School Workshops, Expos, and Community Engagements.Represent BlixatB2B and B2C exhibitions, education fairs, and science center collaborationsto enhance brand presence and generate leads.Conduct engaging product demos and presentations(online and offline) for school management, educators, and decision-makers.Lead STEM Birthday Parties and society workshops,ensuring high engagement, learning value, and participant satisfaction.Build strong relationshipswith schools, institutions, and event partners to drive participation and conversions.Manage end-to-end event logistics,including budgeting, vendor coordination, and reporting, to ensure smooth execution.Align event activitieswith Blix’s marketing and sales goals to maximize visibility, reach, and ROI.Who You AreHave3–5 years of experienceinevent management, workshop execution, or experiential marketing , ideally in theSTEM, education, or edutainmentspace.Hold a qualification inEvent Management, Marketing, Education, or related disciplines.Proven ability toplan and execute high-impact eventsthat drive awareness and business outcomes.Excellentpresentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Energetic, proactive, and able to managemultiple projects simultaneously.Own apersonal vehicleand are comfortabletravelingfor events and workshops.Why Join BlixBe part of apioneering brand in the STEM education space.Work ondiverse, high-energy eventsthat blend education, creativity, and innovation.Join adynamic, performance-driven teamwith ample room for growth.Enjoy acompetitive compensation packageand professional advancement opportunities.
