Event Manager

Job roles include -
- Planning & Conceptualization: Develop event themes, goals, and objectives in alignment with client or company needs and send relevant ppt to client.
- Budget Management: Create and adhere to event budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Vendor & Venue Coordination:Source and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, entertainers, and other service providers.
- Logistics & Operations: Manage all logistical details, including transportation, audiovisual equipment, setup, and teardown.
- On-Site Management: Supervise on-site operations, including staff and volunteers, to ensure smooth execution.
- Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate event performance, collect feedback, and prepare reports to assess success and ROI.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
