  • Event & PR Coordination:

  • Planned and executed WAISLs participation in international and domestic events, including budgeting, booth setup, and logistics.

  • Identify relevant events aligned with business goals and secure speaking leadership opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and branding consistency.

  • Drive pre-event and on-ground engagement through PR, social campaigns, and stakeholder participation.

  • Track event ROI, manage collaterals, and compile post-event reports with key learnings and follow-ups.

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
    Define and evolve the WAISL brand across all touchpoints; ensure consistency and relevance in alignment with the company's expansion across verticals.

  • Marketing Planning & Execution:
    Create and execute marketing plans (online and offline) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content & Collateral Development:
    Oversee the creation of marketing materials — brochures, case studies, event collaterals, presentations, and thought leadership content — ensuring clarity, design excellence, and strategic alignment.
  • Internal Communications:
    Craft compelling narratives for internal branding, leadership messages, and cross-team updates to ensure a unified brand voice internally.
  • CRM Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the CRM database with leads generated from events, ensuring accurate segmentation and tagging.

  • Plan and execute follow-up campaigns using CRM tools to nurture leads and drive conversions post-events.

  • Track engagement metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance and ROI across the customer journey.
