Location: Bengaluru
Availability: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Develop a well-researched strategy and execute the same to meet the established customer retention goals.
- Managing accounts and business development activities with existing and new clients, with continuous on-the-go support and services for all existing clients.
- Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
- Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
- Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years+ of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Account Manager/Client Partner/ Client Success Manager.
- Expertise in end to end Key Account Management, Client Engagement, Business Development, Contract Negotiation, Delivery Management & Customer Relationships
- Hands on experience in –Managing large clients and maintain with high conversion of business for– Technology, BFSI, HiTech, Retail & CPG, Manufacturing, Telecom, Automotive, Healthcare domains
- Have good experience working with direct clients & through MSP’s, Technologies offered – IT Digital, Enterprise, Cloud/IT Infrastructure, ERP, SCM, DW/BI, Firmware & Embedded
- Experience working with GCC’s/Captive is must.
- Strong experience in IT Staff Augmentation/ Managed Services.
- Forecast business and operate as the single point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned clients
- Responsible for RFI, RFP, Contract Agreement & participation in commercial models
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement
- Recognized as a good team player and a leader
