Account Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Availability: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Develop a well-researched strategy and execute the same to meet the established customer retention goals.
  • Managing accounts and business development activities with existing and new clients, with continuous on-the-go support and services for all existing clients.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years+ of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Account Manager/Client Partner/ Client Success Manager.
  • Expertise in end to end Key Account Management, Client Engagement, Business Development, Contract Negotiation, Delivery Management & Customer Relationships
  • Hands on experience in –Managing large clients and maintain with high conversion of business for– Technology, BFSI, HiTech, Retail & CPG, Manufacturing, Telecom, Automotive, Healthcare domains
  • Have good experience working with direct clients & through MSP’s, Technologies offered – IT Digital, Enterprise, Cloud/IT Infrastructure, ERP, SCM, DW/BI, Firmware & Embedded
  • Experience working with GCC’s/Captive is must.
  • Strong experience in IT Staff Augmentation/ Managed Services.
  • Forecast business and operate as the single point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned clients
  • Responsible for RFI, RFP, Contract Agreement & participation in commercial models
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement
