We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.

We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

What will you do

As a Key Account manager, you will handle our esteemed banking client and will invest into strengthening existing client relationship and build strong brand value for NPST. This role will nurture and maintain strong client relationship and will ensure new business opportunities in bank and farming the account for higher ROI by developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales requirement with new opportunities. You will be handling respective sales requirement, pitching to prospective clients, executing new leads, achieving sales numbers and generating revenue. As an Account manager, you should work towards exiting customers satisfaction by understanding the requirement, changes or any new requests. Shall be actively handling their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. One should be able to grow the business by building successful, long-term client relationships and will aim to maximize the profitability from the Account.

Job responsibilities:

  • Build strong Client Relationship and Increase Customer Happiness Index
  • Generating new business opportunities in the account by using existing and potential customer networks
  • Executing sales cycle from fresh leads to closure
  • Pitch, present and represent the products and services of the organisation to new leads and existing clients.
  • Generate revenue and achieve Quarterly and yearly targets for the account
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Mapping key stakeholders in the account to increase NPST visibility and strengthen our portfolio
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Provide exceptional and high touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
  • Monitor sales metrics and suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Timely report & escalation matrix submission to understand the loopholes in the system and raise the alarm for quick fix

  • The candidate should have proven similar experience in Sales and Key Account Management, Client-Focused Solutions Experience, Project Management Skills
  • Ability to Communicate Client Needs with Staff, Talent for Influencing Client Management, Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously, Negotiation Skills, Listening Skills, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management Skills.
  • Create strong team bonding and relation within NPST interdepartmental stakeholders
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Should have a good understanding of the market, with strong market client contacts and proven experience.
  • Should have good understanding of the Fintech industry segment and expertise in Sales and Key Account Management.
  • Must have managed multiple large accounts sales account independently with proven track record.
  • Enhanced Client relationships, with the proven history of significant account growth within Fintech.
  • Solid knowledge of IT & Fintech service offerings including regulatory changes, digital initiatives, enterprise application services, cloud & IT infrastructure management, custom application services.
  • Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
  • Performance driven with timeline delivery.
  • Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.

Education Qualification - - Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech) or Any other

Relevant Experience - 6 to 10 years

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

Work arrangement – 5 days working from office

Location – Bangalore
