Educational Qualification
Chartered Accountant / Cost and works accountant (CMA)
Experience
5 to 8 years of total experience with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in broking/exchange/financial institution operation
Skills Required
Proven expertise in audit procedures

Knowledge and understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations
Knowledge of current accounting and audit principles, policies and internal controls

Job Purpose
Apply professional audit principles, policies and procedures to the regular audit of members, & internal departments to ensure that potential risks are minimized, security and control guidelines are strictly adhered to and also to ensure that efficient and adequate checks and balances exist in work flow processes to achieve compliance.
Key Result Areas
1.Conducting onsite inspection of members and joint inspections with SEBI: Timely completion of inspections as per TAT (Average 5 to 6 inspections per month)
2.Creating compliance awareness amongst members: Sharing mandatory compliance requirements with best practices with members
3.Preparation & Verification of Inspection reports and checklists. Submission of Data to Exchange post inspection and correctness of Data/information between checklist and Report:
4.Visit / inspection of Authorised Persons of Members
5.Member Compliance Workshop
