Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Campaigns:Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Agency Coordination:Collaborate with external marketing agencies to plan and execute marketing activities. As well as create digital assets for the brands.Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and objectives.Sales and Marketing Initiatives:Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive product sales.Analyze sales data to inform future marketing strategies.Manage brand performance metrics and present reports.Email and Newsletter Campaigns:Design and distribute engaging newsletters and email campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or Constant Contact.Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted messaging.Market Research and Intelligence:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.Product Development Participation:Collaborate with the product development team by providing market insights and customer feedback.Assist in the ideation and launch of new products.Customer Account Management:Manage customer accounts, providing sales and shipment updates.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 2 years in marketing, sales coordination, or administrative support roles.Experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.Skills:Digital Marketing Expertise:Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools.Communication:Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Ability to craft compelling marketing content.Technical Proficiency:Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage.Analytical Abilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret data and generate insights.Organizational Skills:Exceptional time management and ability to multitask.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Other Requirements:Availability to work during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone.Reliable internet connection, computer and suitable remote working environment.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English.What We Offer:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely.Opportunity to work with an international team and gain global exposure.Professional development and growth opportunities.Inclusive and collaborative work culture.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience to  Please include "Application for Marketing and Sales Coordinator" in the subject line.
