Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Experiential Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in conducting research, innovating new strategies, and developing impactful experiential marketing campaigns. This role will require a mix of analytical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on expertise in developing and executing new marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on current trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies within the experiential marketing space.
Analyze market data and competitor campaigns to identify opportunities for innovation.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of experiential marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
2. Strategy Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm, develop, and refine new experiential marketing strategies and concepts.
Help in designing and optimizing brand experiences that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Ensure the seamless integration of research findings into the development of marketing campaigns.
3. Creative & Concept Development:
Partner with creative teams to develop engaging and innovative marketing solutions.
Assist in the ideation and design of immersive and interactive brand experiences.
Oversee the creative execution of new experiential initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
4. Project Management:
Manage the implementation and execution of experiential marketing projects from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, event planners, digital marketers, etc.) to bring research and ideas to life.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
5. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
Present findings, strategies, and campaign results to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, with insights for future development.
Foster strong communication between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, consumer research, or a related field.
Strong understanding of experiential marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
Proficient in marketing software tools and data analytics platforms.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and other immersive technologies.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in the marketing industry
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and how to drive brand loyalty.
Previous experience in a client-facing or consultative role.
