Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - ACQUISITION FOR SRA AND REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Reporting to: Principal - Projects
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Profile Brief:
The Business Development Officer will identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities to onboard Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) and redevelopment residential and commercial projects across Mumbai. Key responsibilities include evaluating potential SRA and redevelopment projects, conducting market research, meeting with societies secretary and management people, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential SRA and redevelopment projects in line with company objectives.
Conduct market research to understand demand, pricing, and feasibility of projects in a specific area.
Meet with societies secretary, key management people to understand projects and redevelopment opportunities with Roswalt Realty. Conduct project-related presentations for societies to present redevelopment proposal and win their trust.
Negotiate terms and close contracts as per the company's terms and policies of acquisition.
Collaborate with Project Management and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of redevelopment projects.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation required for project approvals and sanctions.
Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and other applicable laws.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree required.
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with business development of SRA and Redevelopment projects with developers in Mumbai.
Strong understanding of SRA regulations, redevelopment processes, and real estate market dynamics.
Skills Required:
Pleasant personality.
Excellent communication skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
