About the role:

Looking for

Area Manager

Sales,

who is well versed with tracking the teams daily performance and hands on experience in scaling up the team. A complete revenue generating mindset through team members and elevating then to achieve targets and creating a potential of earning higher incentives.

Job responsibilities:

Team Building & Recruitment (Should bring 10-15 team members along)Training and motivating team members for achieving the set targetsSet up performance targets within the assigned territory and monitoring their actual deliveryResponsible for driving engagement and activation of agent network in the respective cities/zonesEnsure a continuous flow of listings for the city with the help of agentsRegularly visiting the agents to build a strong influence over the networkEnsuring quality leads to agents and their account management/servicingCoordinating with cross functional departments like tech, marketing to ensure partner satisfactionEnsuring engagement of agents through trust, communication, and service offerings of the companyStrategy formulation and business development plans for the company, setting up all processes and creating the roadmap for the productsDrive key strategic initiatives, Introduce and promote new products & services. Conduct market research and track competition to fine-tune offering
