Junior US Recruiter - Startup Hiring Specialist - Full Time - RemoteWe are seeking a Junior Recruiter with a strong understanding of startup hiring dynamics. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 to maximum 1.5 years of experience in US recruiting across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Delivery positions, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and have strong communication skills. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams.Responsibilities- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Sales, Technical, Operations, and Delivery roles.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract talent in the startup ecosystem.- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholdersRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 1– Maximum 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for startup clients.- Proven experience hiring for Sales, Technical, Operations, and Delivery positions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
